One of the most daunting tasks of ConnectWise CPQ (Sell) is customizing the quote form (PDF) template. Some levels don't even allow editing directly in the tool. I have been working with ConnectWise CPQ for over a decade. I started as the ConnectWise's Sales Team's software admin, then moved to building documentation, webinars, and teaching countless breakouts at IT Nation, CPQ bootcamps, and ConnectWise User Groups. During that time I implemented and supported 100's of companies in CW CPQ. After working for ConnectWise I started The Quote Pros, providing CPQ and PSA consulting to ConnectWise Partners. Through the years I have gained a deep understanding and love in teaching MSPs how they can use CPQ and PSA to streamline their REAL WORLD processes everyday.
